What can I feed my turtle, besides turtle food?

He is a 7 year old red eared slider. He’s started begging BAD lately. I’ve fed him leafy greens, ham, fish, carrots and corn. Not really sure if this is ok… I want to keep his diet interesting but safe for him. Help?
also wondering how long these guys live?
