I’m back up to 200 pounds. I’m 5′1” I should weigh about 80 pounds less. I try to diet but it never lasts more than 3 days and I am bingeing again. I am very discouraged. Please don’t recommend overeaters anonymous. That never worked for me.

She’s revised her free lance diet and is watching what she eats. Anyone have pratical natural cures to lower blood pressure that has been proven to work or worked for you or someone you know?
