My 5 year old is on a GFCF diet and I just read online that whey protein is casein free… Whey is definitely a dairy product though so is it safe for him to drink whey shakes or not?

I weigh 176 am 5′5, have GERD, & am on medicine for underactive thyroid. I need a healthy diet & exercise program that can help me lose 50lbs. I cant bend over alot because of my GERD & need a regimen that allows me to burn calories safely. I also wanna tone my body while I lose the weight.
